This series of products produced by our company are all made of high-quality 0Cr18Ni9 grade stainless steel. It has certain acid and alkali resistance; it is easy to remove scale and has a long service life.
This water distiller is suitable for medical and health, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic industry, chemical fiber industry and other units with steam source to prepare high-quality pure water. The quality of the distilled water produced reaches the standard of water for injection in the G Pharmacopoeia.

A stainless steel spiral evaporation tube of considerable length is installed inside the steam generator and is immersed in the secondary source water. When the high-temperature steam passes through the evaporation tube, it exchanges heat with the secondary source water, causing the secondary source water to boil to generate steam. At the same time, the steam in the tube partially condenses into distilled water, which is driven by the pressure steam and output from the outlet on the right side of the evaporator. The lower right interface of the steam generator is the outlet, and the upper left interface of the evaporator is the inlet, which is connected to the steam filter tower.
3. Water supply tower
The water replenishing tower is set on the right side of the equipment (see diagram) and is connected by pipes. The cap on the top of the water replenishing tower is movable and is connected to the tower body through threads. When the cap is unscrewed, the internal structure can be seen, and a spout is installed in the center. The barrel edge interface of the water replenishment tower is connected to the outlet of the evaporation barrel with a pipeline, and the bottom of the water replenishment tower is connected with the bottom of the evaporation barrel with a pipeline. The worked steam and water output from the evaporation tube enter the water replenishing tower through the pipe and are sprayed out through the nozzle. Due to the high-speed flow and spraying, it can play a certain role in removing ammonia from the soda. Since the cover blocks the water from flowing downward, the use of The principle of water level difference flows to the evaporation barrel as water for secondary evaporation, and part of the steam is emitted into the air along the gaps in the high cap. During actual work, the cap should not be tightened very tightly, as long as the threads are connected and will not be pushed open by steam.
4. Filter
The middle part of the device, the upper part of the cone, is this part. The filter has two functions. Since there are many neutral glass balls stored in the filter, when the steam rises, it can only pass through the gap between the balls. The large water droplets are blocked and cannot continue to rise, so they can enter the condensation chamber. The steam will not carry any unclean splash, ensuring the quality of the final water produced. Another function is that the condensed twice-distilled water will collect in the refrigeration tower and pass through the pipe flow channel connected to the outside.

The drum hanging directly in front of the equipment is exactly the same. There is a four-way pipe on the left side of the recooling tower, with a pressure gauge installed on it to display the pressure generated in the condenser by the incoming cooling water. Below the four-way, there is a drain valve. When the work is stopped or the condenser needs maintenance, this valve can be opened to drain the accumulated water in the condenser. The large four-way interface is used to receive cooling water. The interface on the right side of the recooling tower is connected to the condensed water pipe provided with the product. Its function mainly uses the input of condensed water to further cool down the distilled water that has formed a flow, basically ensuring that the distilled water flowing out from the recooling tower is close to normal temperature, making it easier for users to use different storage facilities, especially those made of plastic.
